Under the guidance of AWIB's Executive Director, Dirk Craft, this Grant Agreement Advisory (GAA) informs sub-recipients of Alaska's WIOA Youth award about the agreed-upon program performance targets established in collaboration with the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) for PY 2024/ FY2025 and PY 2025/FY 2026.
This information is essential for WIOA Youth sub-recipients, as their performance is evaluated based on the achievement of Federal program objectives. WIOA policy applies to the staff of the Alaska Workforce Investment Board (AWIB) and both current and prior sub-recipients of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title 1-B Youth funds and participants. Following a review of the statistical adjustment model predicted outcomes, historical actual results, data supporting the proposed performance targets, and subsequent discussions with state staff, ETA confirms the final negotiated performance targets below.
